You are free to ask as I may make exceptions from time to time, but please keep in mind that I am not a professional artist and I'm not a business - i have a full time job, and draw in my spare time. I keep my prices as low as i can to mirror this and the fact that i may work/respond slowly. If you're not okay with any of this, please reconsider. There's plenty amazing and flexible artists looking for work!

Another good-to-know thing is that i generally work in smaller resolutions - usually around 2000-4000px is my biggest. I do everything on a small ipad, which has a bit harsh canvas/layer limitations.I. PAYMENT & REFUNDS• payment only via PayPal invoices & USD
• full prepayment or 50/50 unless you're a trusted commissioner
• I reserve the right to refuse or cancel and refund an ongoing commission for any reason
• I have no issues giving refunds if I get extremely delayed/there's any kind of an issue, please always feel free to ask for one (especially if you pre-paid and the wait is getting too long for you).
However if you ask for a refund after the work is fully finished, it is assumed that you are dissatisfied and hence wont be using/posting the art you got anywhere.

II. PROCESS
I generally only send out an approval sketch for anything smaller than a full illustration.
Illustrations usually take more sittings, so I send out a process pic you can make edits on after every sitting. If you require more frequent updates, please inform me beforehand and beware it might slow down my process!Please, please do not PM me daily about the state of your commission. It's super stressful and it won't make me work faster.III. TURNAROUND
If it's an opening through discord/forum or journal then there's usually already an estimate on hand; and if you're contacting me outside a commission opening, I'll give you an estimate depending on the work type. It can be anywhere between a few days for pagedolls to a few months for bigger projects.
Deadlines are possible as long as reasonable time is provided (rush orders are not an option) so if you need/want your order ready by a certain time, please let me know so I can schedule accordingly.IV. POSSIBLE ADDITIONAL CHARGES
• huge props (mounts, vehicles, big weapons)
• complicated backgrounds (urban, interior)
• complex character designs (multiple limbs, wings or other additions; very complex layered armours or markings)

• I will not work with your redlines and overpaints of my work, nor will i finish your sketches
